Dental Palace Warranty and Quality Commitment

The primary goal of Dental Palace is to provide the highest quality dental care using reliable expertise and the most modern techniques, exclusively utilizing CE-certified materials.

Guaranteed Prosthetics and Implants

Every prosthesis and implant is covered by a warranty. We repair or replace unscrewed or broken prostheses and implants in cases of normal use.

The lifespan of both fixed and removable prostheses far exceeds the warranty period. When properly maintained, crowns can last 20-25 years.

Warranty Conditions

To benefit from the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  • The patient must undergo a dental check-up and scaling twice a year and send a certificate to the clinic throughout the warranty period.
  • Patients with implants must send a panoramic X-ray one year after the treatment and then every three years until the end of the 10-year reimplantation warranty.
  • The patient must take proper care of their prostheses, clean them regularly, maintain excellent oral hygiene, and follow the dentist’s recommendations.
  • The patient must not misuse or excessively strain their prostheses. The warranty is valid only for normal use.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses remain the responsibility of the patient.

Implants

  • DXL: 10 years / Lifetime*
  • Straumann: 10 years / Lifetime*
    Lifetime warranty provided by the manufacturer against material or manufacturing defects, with a 10-year reimplantation warranty.

Crowns and Bridges

  • Metal-ceramic crown: 3 years
  • Zirconia crown: 3 years

Dentures

  • Permanent acrylic denture: 2 years
  • Denture with metal plate: 2 years
  • Partial denture with discreet attachment: 2 years
  • Implant-supported denture with retention bar: 2 years

Conservative and Aesthetic Treatments

  • Ceramic veneer: 2 years
  • Inlay, onlay: 2 years
  • Filling: 1 year
  • Root canal treatment: 2 years

Comprehensive Guaranteed Dental Care

All treatments and dental work performed by Dental Palace are fully guaranteed.
In case of any issue compromising the completed treatment, the patient will receive full coverage for any necessary additional dental care.
