Teeth whitening

The most noticeable parts of the face are the eyes and the teeth. Healthy, sparkling white teeth give a well-maintained and youthful appearance, enhancing the beauty of the face. While most people have white teeth in their youth, over the years, the consumption of certain foods and drinks, as well as smoking, can lead to discoloration. Thanks to modern teeth whitening techniques, these discolorations can be eliminated.

For surface stains, our dental hygienists first remove plaque and tartar, and then use an air-polishing device to clean and smooth the tooth surface.

A professional teeth cleaning always precedes both in-office and at-home teeth whitening treatments.

In-office Teeth Whitening: With the latest dental technology, you can achieve several shades lighter teeth in less than an hour at our clinic. We perform laser teeth whitening.

The process of in-office teeth whitening:

Initially, we place a special lip retractor that covers and protects the lips during the treatment. Then we apply a gum protector gel to the gums and soft tissues to protect them from the high-concentration teeth whitening gel.

Next, we apply the whitening gel to the tooth surface, which is then activated by a laser. The laser light activates the whitening agent.

At the end of the teeth whitening, we cover the teeth with a protective layer. For 48 hours following the treatment, avoid smoking and consuming foods and drinks that can cause stains, such as coffee, tea, cola, and red wine.

The results can be maintained long-term with an at-home tray whitening system, which we custom-make based on a dental impression.

In-office teeth whitening is a safe procedure as it does not damage the teeth, fillings, or crowns and typically only involves minimal temporary sensitivity.

At-home Tray Whitening – Day by Day Brighter Teeth: With at-home tray whitening, you can achieve progressively lighter teeth each day. During the treatment, you can achieve 4-5 shades lighter teeth. Approximately 10-12 sessions are required for optimal results.

Thanks to the material used, the trays are comfortable and can be worn even during sleep.

The process of at-home tray whitening:

At our dental center, we first take impressions of the upper and lower teeth, from which we immediately create the custom-fit trays. Each time, the whitening gel must be filled into the tray. The trays are placed overnight, and visible changes can be seen after just one night. In most cases, 5-8 nights are sufficient. During the treatment period, it is advisable to avoid smoking and consuming foods and drinks that can cause stains. Such as coffee, tea, cola, and red wine. If the whitening gel runs out, it can always be replenished at our clinic. The teeth whitening process using the whitening gel is safe as it does not change the structure of the teeth.

Snow White Teeth in Just an Hour?

Every day, patients who are dissatisfied with the color of their teeth visit our dental clinic, seeking snow-white teeth for a naturally beautiful, attractive smile that boosts their confidence in both social and professional interactions.

Our clinic uses several different teeth whitening systems.

What causes teeth to discolor?

Teeth discoloration can be caused by various factors. The yellowish-brown, sometimes blackish tints are most often due to plaque, tartar, pigments from consumed food and beverages (coffee, tea, cola, red wine), and smoking.

Deeper or complete discoloration of the tooth structure can occur due to various influences during tooth development (such as taking certain medications, like Tetracycline, injuries, impacts) or inherited factors. The color of root-treated teeth can also gradually become grayish-brown, disrupting the harmony of the tooth color.

Because the causes are multifaceted, the solutions are also diverse. In cases of surface discoloration, professional teeth cleaning is the first step, during which we remove plaque and tartar, then perfectly clean and smooth the tooth surfaces with an intraoral air-polishing device.

Professional Zoom – Lamp Whitening Hollywood smile in 1 hour? Yes!!!

Introductory price: 90,000 Ft In just 45 minutes, you can lighten your teeth by up to 8 shades without damage or risk using the Zoom professional whitening system!

How does the Zoom system work?

First, we insert a special lip retractor that comfortably keeps the lips apart during the treatment. Then we apply a protective “foam” that shields the gums and soft tissues from the higher concentration (25%) whitening gel.

Next, we apply the whitening gel to the outer surfaces of your teeth, which is then illuminated with the Zoom lamp. This activates the whitening agent (hydrogen peroxide), and the released active oxygen uniformly removes the discolorations on and beneath the tooth surface. At the end of the whitening, we coat the teeth with a protective layer.

What results can be achieved?

With the Zoom treatment, up to 8 shades of lightening can be achieved! The system is most effective for yellow or brown discolorations, but it can treat all types of discolorations!

Is the Zoom system safe?

YES! Scientific experiments and clinical studies prove that this dentist-supervised whitening procedure is completely safe, causing no harmful changes in the tooth tissues!

Are there any discomforts?

Some patients may experience increased tooth sensitivity during the procedure, but this usually subsides within 24-48 hours, even sooner with fluoride treatment.

How long do the results last?

The durability of the results greatly depends on lifestyle! It is not recommended to consume any products containing coloring agents (coffee, tea, cola, red wine) for 2-3 days following the treatment, otherwise the effectiveness of the procedure cannot be guaranteed!

If you consume coffee or tea multiple times a day, it is advisable to use color-maintenance treatments 1-2 times a year (with a night tray), which only last one or two days.

If your oral hygiene is good and you avoid factors that cause discoloration, the teeth whitening will provide a beautiful and lasting result, the effects of which can be measured in years. If you have had teeth whitening but are not satisfied with the results, don’t settle! The problem isn’t the whitening procedure, but the materials used. Don’t settle for second-rate treatment, you deserve the best! This is a lifelong guarantee with guaranteed results!

Do prosthetic replacements whiten as well?

Artificial dental works (fillings, inlays, veneers, crowns) cannot be whitened. However, after achieving the desired tooth color, there is an option to replace the dental works later, thus creating a uniform tooth color within the dental arch, resulting in a beautiful and harmonious smile.
