Aesthetic Dentistry
In today’s world, the aesthetics of teeth are increasingly becoming a priority, not just their function. Beautiful teeth boost confidence and encourage more smiles. Whether it’s altering the color, shape, or alignment of teeth, treatments typically depend on the patient’s desires. Depending on the current state and number of existing teeth, various methods are available to restore a smile. Based on modern dental principles, we always strive for minimally invasive procedures. These include teeth whitening, which safely improves the color of teeth without sacrificing tooth material, and the use of fillings and veneers that can correct the color, shape, and alignment of teeth with minimal loss of tooth material. A well-crafted veneer can perfectly mimic the appearance of natural teeth. In cases where the condition of the teeth requires, or when one or more teeth are missing, bridge restorations and implant prosthetics are made.
Dental Restorations
When the crown portion of a tooth is extensively damaged or the tooth is root-canal treated, crafting a full-coverage crown is necessary for durable restoration. This process begins with the removal of decayed tooth tissue and building up the tooth with a post. If a digital impression is taken, the crown can be fitted in a single session. If the involvement of a dental technician is necessary, the crown can be completed within 2-3 days.
For a few missing teeth, a bridge restoration can be a suitable solution. The preparation of the adjacent teeth is required to anchor the bridge. Both crowns and bridges can be made from metal-ceramic or entirely metal-free materials, according to the patient’s needs and preferences.
